1. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
These rules apply whenever you access or use 9apeso. They also apply to games, sports markets, poker tables, promotions, payment features, and account tools made available through the platform. If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register or continue using 9apeso.

Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name. 9apeso is not a bank, and an account balance does not earn interest. Funds should be deposited for genuine gaming activity, not for money transfer, storage, currency conversion, or payment processing on behalf of another person.

6. Bonuses, promotions, and referral rewards

Casino and fishing game outcomes are determined under the rules of the relevant game. Poker customers compete under the table and tournament rules shown in the lobby. Sports wagers are settled using official results and the market rules available when the bet is accepted.
Internet interruption on your device does not necessarily cancel a completed action. If a game round, poker hand, or wager was accepted before the interruption, the server record governs the result. Log back in and review the transaction history before attempting the same action again.
Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected. This can include a market offered after the outcome was known, an impossible price, a duplicate credit, or a game malfunction that produced an invalid result. 9apeso will review the available records and apply the appropriate correction fairly.
8. Results, settlement, and account corrections
9apeso settles wagers using official sources, game records, and applicable market rules. Later changes caused by an appeal or statistical correction may not change a wager that has already been settled unless the relevant rules say otherwise.
If an account is credited incorrectly, 9apeso may reverse the error and restore the balance that should have applied. You must not knowingly spend or withdraw funds credited by mistake. If the available balance is insufficient to reverse an incorrect credit, the account may show an amount due until the matter is resolved.
Where a sports event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, or moved, settlement depends on the market rules and the period within which the event is completed. Void wagers are generally returned to the playable cash balance, while unaffected selections in a multiple wager may be recalculated.
9. Prohibited conduct and fair-play controls
9apeso does not permit fraud, collusion, money laundering, identity misuse, payment abuse, automated betting that has not been authorised, exploitation of technical faults, manipulation of outcomes, or interference with another customer's account.

The 9apeso name, logo, interface, original text, visual design, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Personal use of the service does not transfer ownership. Content may not be copied, republished, modified, sold, or used to create a competing service without permission.
12. Questions, complaints, and account closure
If you believe a payment, wager, game result, bonus, or account decision is incorrect, contact 9apeso promptly and provide the relevant date, amount, transaction reference, and a clear explanation. Keep screenshots or payment confirmations that may help the review.
